How this site handles your data
In short: no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and nothing is shared with anyone who does not need it to deliver a message you sent me.
Who is responsible
Aphrod-IT (CVR 46608658), run by Maria Ruth Nielsen in Esbjerg, Denmark. Questions about your data go to post@aphrod-it.com.
The contact form
When you write to me, I receive your name, your email address, your company or business if you add it, and your message. I use them only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to plan that work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
The message is sent to my inbox by email through one.com, my email provider in Denmark. Conversations that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If they do, they are kept as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires for the project.
Cookies
This site sets two cookies, both needed for things you ask it to do, and neither is used to track you:
- side
- Remembers whether you chose the technical or the business side, so the front page takes you back there. Set only when you choose a side, kept for 180 days. Holds nothing but that choice.
- .AspNetCore.Antiforgery.*
- Protects the contact form against forged submissions from other sites. Deleted when you close your browser.
Hosting
The site runs on a server from Hetzner Online in Germany. To stop the contact form being flooded, your IP address is held in the server's memory for up to ten minutes when you send it; it is not stored. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so visiting does not contact Google or anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, or receive a copy. Write to post@aphrod-it.com. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
